6. Payments & Invoicing 

  • Fees are payable as per agreed contract/SOW.
  • Payments must be made in full within the invoiced timeline.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services.

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during engagements.
  • Confidentiality obligations continue even after termination of services. 

8. Data Protection & Privacy 
We comply with: 

  • UK: UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018
  • US: Applicable federal/state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA)
  • India: Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
  • Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

 9. Liability & Disclaimers lies to: 

  • Our Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free results.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Devopstrio Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. 

10. Intellectual Property 

  • Any intellectual property developed by us during service delivery (frameworks, templates, methodologies) remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients retain ownership of their data and deliverables specific to their business. 

11. Termination 

  • Either party may terminate an agreement in line with the terms of the relevant contract or SOW.
  • Upon termination, fees for services already delivered remain payable. 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

  • UK engagements: Governed by the laws of England & Wales, subject to courts of London.
  • US engagements: Governed by applicable state laws, subject to local courts.
  • India engagements: Governed by Indian law, subject to courts in [Insert City].

13. Changes to Terms 

  • All directors, employees, contractors, and consultants of Devopstrio Ltd.
  • All business operations, including consulting, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and managed services.
  • Clients, partners, and third parties interacting with our business.
