  • Board of Directors: Ultimate responsibility for compliance oversight.
  • Compliance Officer: Appointed to monitor, review, and enforce compliance.
  • Employees: Required to read, understand, and adhere to this policy.
  • Whistleblowing: Secure and confidential reporting channels for suspected breaches. 

5.Training & Awareness

  • Mandatory compliance and data protection training for all employees.
  • Regular updates and workshops on regulatory changes in the UK, US, and India. 

6. Monitoring & Audit 

  • Regular internal audits to assess compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • Engagement of third-party auditors where appropriate.

  • All suspected breaches must be reported immediately to the Compliance Officer.
  • Breaches will be investigated promptly and corrective measures enforced.
  • Where legally required, regulators and affected individuals will be notified.
